Read my article Nature-based Learning in Urban International Settings that was published in the January 2023 edition of the Early Years Educator magazine. The article is available to online subscribers and will be in print on 2nd January 2023. It discusses different nature-based learning models, and how nature-based learning raises awareness of the natural world and the importance of sustainability as children discover, questions, and work collaboratively. It also highlights how nature emanates calm and a positive sense of wellbeing.

There are three international school features in the article: Braeburn Gitanga Road, Nairobi, Kenya, Sunmarke School, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong, China. I will post the full article once it’s in print!
