I work with schools, nurseries, governmental entities and NGO’s on long term and short-term projects providing support, advice and guidance on early years practice. Most of my work has been in the Middle East and East Africa where I have worked on a range of projects including the development and implementation of national strategies, action plans, curriculum development, assessment frameworks and policies. I have supported individual schools pre and post inspection and worked on large scale school improvement projects, developing school improvement strategies, authoring a range of teaching materials and detailed national instructional planners in order to raise standards.
